Commercial cleaning is priced per square foot. Rates start at $0.08/sqft for floor care and go up to $0.20/sqft for a full deep clean. A minimum charge applies to spaces under 500 sqft. Recurring clients also receive frequency discounts—5% off bi-weekly and 10% off monthly service. Contact us for a custom quote.

Residential cleaning is flat-rate—no hourly billing, no surprises. Standard cleaning starts at $120, deep cleaning at $250, and move-in/move-out cleans at $200. You’ll always know your total before we start.

No. Our pros arrive fully equipped. We bring all the tools, equipment, and eco-friendly cleaning products needed for every job—residential or commercial.

Yes. You can combine services in a single booking—for example, cleaning and handyman work in the same visit. Bundle pricing may apply for multiple tasks. Let us know what you need when you book.

We currently serve the greater Houston area for both residential and commercial clients. Expansion to additional markets is planned. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, reach out and we’ll confirm.

Do you require payment upfront?

We stand behind every job. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right at no additional cost. Handyman services also carry a 14-day workmanship warranty.

We provide non-licensed handyman work only. This includes general home repairs, furniture assembly, mounting, light electrical (outlet covers, GFCI resets, plug-in fixtures), and light plumbing (drain unclogging, shower heads, faucet fixes). Any work requiring a licensed contractor is outside our scope.
